In 1993 we opened Casa Marcial (3 Michelin Stars, 1 Michelin Green Star, 3 Repsol Suns) in the house where we were born, where our parents cooked meals to order and welcomed neighbors to play brisca in the bar.

In 2009 we borrowed the van from some friends and we started up Catering Manzano. Today, with more than 15 years of experience, we bring our gastronomy to private celebrations and social and corporate events from Asturias to Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, London, Switzerland…

Gloria
In Oviedo and Gijón, we have our own Gloria, two urban restaurants where we develop our more informal and casual cuisine. They are named after our maternal grandmother, who always dreamed of opening her own restaurant.

Narbasu
Our restaurant and hotel is 20 minutes away from Casa Marcial. Narbasu (1 Michelin Green Star). A 14th century palace set in a magical place at the foot of the Picos de Europa with a large organic vegetable garden that serves as a pantry.
