In 1993 we opened Casa Marcial<\/a> (3 Michelin Stars, 1 Michelin Green Star, 3 Repsol Suns) in the house where we were born, where our parents cooked meals to order and welcomed neighbors to play brisca in the bar.<\/p>\n

In 2009 we borrowed the van from some friends and we started up Catering Manzano<\/a>. Today, with more than 15 years of experience, we bring our gastronomy to private celebrations and social and corporate events from Asturias to Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, London, Switzerland…<\/p>\n

In Oviedo and Gij\u00f3n, we have our own Gloria<\/a>, two urban restaurants where we develop our more informal and casual cuisine. They are named after our maternal grandmother, who always dreamed of opening her own restaurant.<\/p>\n
